Second Rallycross event for myself and the van. It’s going to be a looooooong weekend. The night before the race, I’ll be in Pennsylvania seeing Slipknot. They for some reason are skipping Ohio on their tour, so off to Pennsylvania on Friday. Then, four hours through the night to central Ohio .

For the most part, the van is the same since last race. I did some exhaust work eliminating both the muffler and resonator. I installed a cherry bomb I had laying around the garage, and routed it in front of the left rear tire. That, and a new aftermarket radio head unit is all that has changed.

Thanks. I need to get out to a race like that one of these days..  it’d especially warm my heart to see someone racing a van in a rally.

I don’t follow Chicago area, or even Indiana SCCA events ever since moving to Ohio. I should get back on that. Family still lives in Chicago, and I can draw up a crowd if I raced near there.
